Send Boxed or Arranged Roses?
There are generally two options you have to send roses: boxed roses versus arranged roses.
Boxed roses are just that, the roses are delivered in a box. Many people prefer to send boxed roses as they are lower in price and if shipped directly from the grower, the roses are very fresh as they have just been cut and boxed. Boxed roses do require a little work.
The roses need to be removed from the box, the stems of the roses must be trimmed and the roses are then arranged in a vase which is often included with boxed roses.
If you chose to send arranged roses, the roses will be delivered arranged in a vase with the stems already having been trimmed. Arranged roses involve a little less work and for this you pay a premium.
What color of roses should I send?
You should always send the color of roses that your recipient likes - you should also like the rose color. There is no great mistake you will make if you send roses of a certain color. Having said that, here are poplular colors of roses and what they can mean when sent as a gift.

White Roses: Reverence, Purity, Innocence, Secrecy
Red and White Roses: Unity
Pink, Peach Roses: Gratitude, Appreciation, Admiration, Sympathy
